Eload Hydration Formula is a sports drink powder formulated to help endurance athletes maintain a proper electrolyte balance by replacing fluid and electrolytes lost through sweat and prevents muscle cramping. It’s Vegan, Nut Free and Gluten Free! It contains physiological ratios of sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and zinc.
Drink before and during competition, or training, to match sweat rates.
For adult use during endurance activity. Add 1 level scoop to 16fl.oz. (500ml) of water. Shake or stir to dissolve. Drink as required during endurance activity. Can be customized when used with Zonecaps™️.
The average person sweats at the rate of one liter per hour during exercise. One liter of eLoad replaces the electrolytes lost in sweat, in their biological ratios. If you are in a hot climate, or feel you are sweating more than average, you can increase your electrolyte intake without increasing your fluid intake by adding Zonecaps™️.

I have been using Eload Hydration Formula for over 10 years and it was a game changing product for me with cramping problems and “hitting the wall” before the group ride was over. I tried many other products and additives trying to figure out what was needed for a decent ride. When I came across Eload, I looked at the electrolyte make up and noticed that it was the most balanced when compared to sweat. I mean, if that is what I am sweating out, then that is what I need to put back in, right? Well, that was right. I experimented with dosages in all kinds of conditions and found that when used as directed, it was the perfect balance of fuel and electrolytes. I threw away everything else and stopped taking any added “caps” as supplements. Less is more, as they say. I never hit the wall again and the severe cramping is a thing of the past. I am not a racer, just an avid hard core enthusiast that wants the best out of my rides of 100-120 miles a week, Strava Live Segment pushes, with lots of So Cal climbing. I have no idea what I would do without this product. Oh, and I am 63 and still hitting and breaking PR’s from 2013. You can too.
